St. Johns Community Clothing Closet
The community clothing closet is a free resource to North Portland community members. We have clothing for infants to adults, shoes, coats, purses, new undergarments and some accessories for all genders in a wide range of sizes. All community members in need are welcome to shop with us and take home 20+ free items each visit.
The #4, #16 and #75 Trimet bus lines serve the downtown St. Johns neighborhood within easy walking distance of our office, which is across from Signal Pizza.
Clothing Closet Hours:
Our clothing closet is open for shopping twice per month. We are open on the:
1st Thursday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. AND
3rd Thursday from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m.
*Note - if the 1st or 3rd Thursday happens to fall on a holiday, we will not be open.
Many thanks to our Clothing Closet sponsor:
How to Get Involved

We accept new and gently used clothing in all sizes/genders (newborn to adult). All clothing must be in good condition and underwear/socks must be new.
We do NOT accept clothing that is:
or used socks & underwear
Please bring your donations in bags or boxes. We also ask that all clothing items be laundered before they are donated.
Donation drop-off hours:
We are not accepting clothing donations during our move to our new office. We will open up donations again at the end of August. Stay tuned!
