Conversation Project: "What Makes A Job Good?"

  • St. Johns Center for Opportunity 8250 North Lombard Street Portland, OR, 97203 United States (map)

Most adults spend most of their waking hours working. Yet, we rarely have the time to consider why certain work brings us satisfaction and other work does not. What makes a job meaningful to us personally? How do our jobs fit into the local and national economies? What about the work of people different from us?

Join Nikki Mandell for an Oregon Humanities Conversation Project exploring these questions and more. Engage in meaningful dialogue with your neighbors. Please RSVP to reserve your FREE seat today by clicking here! Light refreshments will be served.
