Home Repair Program Information Session

  • North Portland Multnoham County Branch 512 North Killingsworth Street Portland, OR, 97217 United States (map)

If you are a longtime homeowner in the Interstate Corridor Urban Renewal Area, you may qualify for a home repair loan through the Portland Housing Bureau.

The no interestno monthly payment loan provides up to $40,000 to make substantial home repairs, and is forgiven after 15 years, as long as you have remained in your home during that time. Join us for an upcoming information session to learn more.

Short presentations about the N/NE Portland Home Repair Loan Program will be given at 3:00pm and 4:00 pm. Doors open at 2:30 for anyone interested in learning more, getting an application, or signing up on the spot. We’ll have our service partners available as well to answer questions about Home Repair grants, up to $5,000, that are also available for critical mobility and life/safety repairs.
