There is a good chance a major earthquake will hit the Pacific Northwest in your lifetime. Come learn how to prepare yourself, your family, and your community for a Cascadia Subduction Zone earthquake. We won’t just rehash the standard list of items to keep in your kit. We will walk through what to expect and how to prepare for each stage of a major earthquake: during the shaking, immediately after, and in the days/weeks/months following.
Laura will also speak about how best to stay safe while meeting and working in the Historic Kenton Firehouse Building.
