2019 Community Expo Registration Form
Please use this form to register your nonprofit organization or business for the 2019 Community Expo & Job Fair on Wednesday, February 6th from 6-8 pm at the North Portland Eagles Lodge (7611 N Exeter Ave). Applications are due by Friday, January 18th, 2019.
A few things to note:
Depending on the number of applications received, we may not be able to accommodate all organizations that apply. You will be notified if you are accepted by Friday, January 18th. We will start a wait list if we reach capacity.
The fee for a table is $25 for non-profits and $50 for for-profit businesses. We have 6 full scholarships available for non-profit tables if your organization is unable to pay the fee. This fee is due when you are notified of your acceptance in January.
Each table will come with a linen table cover and 2 chairs. All other items must be supplied by each organization.
You may sell merchandise related to your organization at the event but all transactions must be done through your own accounts (Paypal, Square etc..). We will have Wifi but power outlets near your booth are not guaranteed, so please plan ahead.
We will be honoring our VIP community volunteers at the event, so please submit one VIP volunteer nomination per non profit organization. This person will receive special recognition at the event and access to special VIP snacks and beverages.
To nominate your VIP, please submit their name, the name of your organization and a brief description of why they have been nominated on the form below. We will follow up to collect a photo of them via e-mail.
