The Office & Communications Assistant is responsible for supporting optimal effectiveness and success of the organization. Duties include: client delivery coordination, executive and personal support for President, community building & communications, office management, finance and contracting, and event coordination. Applicant must have excellent oral and written communication skills, demonstrated project management skills, attention to detail and high-level functionality and discretion in a home office environment. This is a fast-paced, small business environment. The ideal candidate is energetic, reliable, a self-starter, has experience with and understands the unique benefits and challenges of working in a small business, has the ability to work both independently and as a member of a team and is passionate about our mission!
