JOB SUMMARY: The CORE Program Manager is responsible for the coordination, implementation, development and daily oversight of all CORE programming, services, and staff for youth. The Career Opportunities, Readiness and Exploration (CORE) program consists of 6 distinct project which seek to career-readiness training and learning to youth ages 16 to 26. Payroll & Benefit Specialist

JOB SUMMARYThe Payroll and Benefits Specialist support the payroll and benefit plans in close coordination with both the Human Resources and Finance department. Payroll duties include semi-monthly payroll submission, report generation, maintenance of appropriate records in accordance with rules and regulations set forth by general accounting principles, federal and state regulatory bodies, agency policies and procedures.

Development Director

JOB SUMMARY: The Development Director is a key member of Impact NW’s Leadership Team and will work closely with leadership and Board of Directors in developing and executing a strategic funding plan to fuel Impact NW to its exciting future. The Development Director is responsible for the management and oversight of the organization’s resource development (including restricted and unrestricted cash, legacy gifts, capital campaigns, in-kind contributions and volunteers), marketing and public relations programs. Primary responsibilities include development plan strategy and implementation in concert with leadership, Board of Directors and Development Staff; solicitation of individual, corporate and foundation donations, including major gifts; endowment fund development; and planning and execution of the organization’s annual campaign, marketing plan and special events. The Development Director manages and motivates a team of fundraising professionals.
