Front Desk Agent - Jubitz - part-time
This position will work 2 evening shifts per week.
Perform a variety of customer service functions, including but not limited to: taking hotel reservations, processing cash and credit transactions, taking messages for guests, checking guests in and out of hotel, and issuing wake up calls. Operate computerized reservation system, multi-line phone system, and cash register, while also balancing till at end of shift and providing check cashing for customers. Provide information for guests, including but not limited to directions and information about the Jubitz facility. Other duties may be assigned by supervisors and management.
