prioritize? Are you customer service focused, efficient in your work and productive? We are

looking for a self-directed, dependable, detail-oriented person who can manage their own

workload while organizing and supporting the workload of others.

The Operations Department plays a valued and critical role in the success of the Oregon

Convention Center. We are made up of the electricians, audio visual technicians, event

custodians, administrative staff, utility workers, maintenance workers, operating engineers and

managers who lead with teamwork and customer service to help create memorable experiences

for all of our guests. At our world-class venue, we host diverse organizations, people and events

from around the world. As varied as the work our department accomplishes every day, the

Administrative Lead in this department will wear many hats.

As the Administrative Lead, you will be the main point of contact for internal management staff,

procurement analysts, and various management teams on a variety of projects involving

contracts and procurement. You will also perform general accounting tasks and work on internal

processes and procedures improvements. Supervision is provided by the Director of Facilities

and Operations.
