About the Event

Join us for a fun night of Loteria, a traditional Mexican bingo that brings families together for a time of laughter and memories. We will be having music, community group booths, bubble machines, hot food vendor and lots of fun!

Applications are due by Friday, July 26th, 2019.

A few things to note: 

  • This tabling event is open to community- based groups ONLY, at no cost.

  • All items must be supplied by each group. Items you must bring include: 10x10 tent, table, table linen & chair. Please contact us if you are in need of these items.

  • You may sell merchandise related to your organization at the event but all transactions must be done through your own accounts (Paypal, Square etc..).

  • Groups must commit to being available for full National Night Out hours. Fully set-up display by 6:30 p.m. and begin tear-down at 8:30 p.m.

  • If your group needs to cancel for any reason, we request that you give us 72 hours notice so that we can offer the space to another community group.

  • Groups utilizing the Community Booth must agree to our non-discrimination policy.
