National Night Out

Join us for a fun night of Loteria, a traditional Mexican bingo that brings families together for a time of laughter and memories. We will be having music, community group booths, bubble machines, hot food vendor and lots of fun!

Applications are due by Friday, July 26th, 2019.
A few things to note:
This tabling event is open to community- based groups ONLY, at no cost.
All items must be supplied by each group. Items you must bring include: 10x10 tent, table, table linen & chair. Please contact us if you are in need of these items.
You may sell merchandise related to your organization at the event but all transactions must be done through your own accounts (Paypal, Square etc..).
Groups must commit to being available for full National Night Out hours. Fully set-up display by 6:30 p.m. and begin tear-down at 8:30 p.m.
If your group needs to cancel for any reason, we request that you give us 72 hours notice so that we can offer the space to another community group.
Groups utilizing the Community Booth must agree to our non-discrimination policy.
