Swap Station at the St. Johns Farmers Market
The St. Johns Farmers Market is launching a new booth called our "Swap Station". This booth is a dedicated space for community members to share their gently-used clothes, shoes, and books. You are welcome to bring items to share and then take items home with you. Or, just take items home with you!
Please only bring items that you would be proud to share and are in good condition. Books with torn out pages or shoes that are falling apart should probably stay at home (or be recycled).
Items can be dropped at the Swap Station starting at 9 a.m. until 1 p.m.
We have limited storage space available, so will plan to donate any leftover items at the end of the day. We may have the capacity to hang on to a small amount of items, but will be playing it by ear on a week-to-week basis.
Items that are accepted at the Swap Station:
- Clothing (all sizes)
- Coats & jackets
- Scarves, mittens, hats, & gloves
- Shoes & boots
- Books (all ages)
Items NOT accepted a the Swap Station:
- Baby gear
- Household goods
- Other miscellaneous items that are not clothes, shoes or books
