Session overview
Has your business been negatively affected by COVID-19?
Rebuilding Your Foundations is designed for business owners that have been affected or have suffered losses in business revenue and customers due to COVID-19. Our aim is to help you understand and accept the changes to your business and offer opportunities to rebuild, create strategies to pivot, and review all options for your next steps. This class is designed to offer support, guidance, and clarity to help you come back and rebuild your business stronger. This could also be an opportunity to make adjustments to your business, yourself, or your team — all allowing you to be better.
During this course we will ask you to:
Assess the current state of your business. Not what you want it to be, but what it is.
Address the emotional toll that COVID-19 has had on both you and your business.
Acknowledge failing as an opportunity to learn and pivot.
Design new strategies to engage with your customers and your team.
Examine your role as the leader. What are the opportunities to be a better leader at this moment?
Introduce new ways to problem solve and look for alternative solutions
How it Works.
Once you register for the class, our team will give you access to this class on our RISE platform. This class is taught by an instructor but will include online learning modules and assignments made available through RISE.
